Near the end of the concert, witnesses told TMZ that Richie appeared to be struggling. While performing “All Night Long,” he asked his team to\u00a0bring him a chair<\/strong>\u00a0so he could sit down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Richie completed the show, but his remarks to the crowd revealed that he had already sought medical answers for what he was experiencing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

During the show, Richie drank electrolytes and joked about their unpleasant taste. He also recalled that his fellow “American Idol” judge\u00a0Luke Bryan<\/a>\u00a0had jokingly recommended alcohol as a way to stay hydrated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
