According to a September 9, 2026, report from\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>, British broadcast journalist Sharon Carpenter, former royal butler Grant Harrold, and unnamed sources offered perspectives on what could help repair the divide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Carpenter raised the issue while discussing how William and Harry’s relationship could affect their five children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“As the five children get older, there may be a natural desire not to allow an estrangement between two brothers to become an estrangement between cousins,” Carpenter said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
